Corus service Centre Maastricht
Welcome to “Corus Service Center Maastricht”.
The “Corus Service Center Maastricht“ as we know it today, finds its roots in 1960. In that year two brothers founded Feyen Staal Service in Hoensbroek near Heerlen.
In 1978 the company relocated to Maastricht to a much bigger site located in the harbour, this provided possibilities for further growth.
In 1988 the family-owned company was sold to British Steel. On the same site a new business unit was founded: Multisteel.
As Dutch “Hoogovens” and British steel merge at of the nineties both Feijen and Multisteel become 100% daughters of Corus.
From april 2008 the Corus Service Center Maastricht is a part of the Tata Steel Group, as Corus was bought by Tata.
Corus Service Center Maastricht is divided in three business units:
Multisteel
Feyen Flat Products
Feyen Fabrication
